How to Install drivers using Device Manager

If the phone is not getting detected by the computer, then you can try running hardware and devices troubleshooter to check the reason behind the issue.
Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
a. Press Windows key + W and type troubleshooting.
b. Select Troubleshooting.
c. Select View all on the top left corner.
d. Run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

I would like to inform you that, to post a question on Microsoft Community website, you must have a Microsoft Account. Whenever a thread is replied by someone, a mail is sent to that account that you are using to sign in. And since Microsoft Account is in use, the mail cannot be delivered to Yahoo.
